GoToMeeting from Citrix
At first glances GoToMeeting from Citrix looks like a solid performer and with added Mac compatibility this piece of software would appear to be a sound choice. There is a 30 day free trial on offer which is also a big plus.
We liked the one click meetings function that made setting up GoToMeeting fast and easy. What we didn’t like was that this application lacked many standard features of MeetMeNow. Another concern may be security - there is no dedicated network.
Also there is no video conferencing with which is a major drawback. GoToMeeting Rating:

Microsoft Live Meeting
Live Meeting from software giants Microsoft fails to deliver on several levels and offers no free trial for the standard version.
Firstly the price structure is complicated - basically you pay per number of users ranging from $22pm (5 or less) right up to a staggering $458pm for 100+ users. There is some good news, Live Meeting has recording functionality so that the meeting can be played back at a later date.
There is no Mac support and this software is complicated to use but worse of all activation can take days which adds to the frustration.

MeetMeNow from WebEx
MeetMeNow ticks nearly all the boxes. Despite not being compatible for the Mac this web meeting software passed our test with flying colors. With all meetings being hosted on a SSL (secure socket layer) you know this company values your business needs.
The WebEx MediaTone Network ensures super fast meetings with no down time - which is fundamental to the success of this type of product. In short, MeetMeNow (powered by Cisco) is the best web conferencing solution currently available on the market place. Prices start at just $39 a month with a free trial on offer.
